Gedung di Jakarta Harus Hemat Energi

Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta menerbitkan regulasi penerapan konsep hemat energi dan ramah lingkungan dalam bangunan gedung. Hal ini sekaligus untuk menghemat biaya operasional gedung.
Gubernur DKI Jakarta Fauzi Bowo memaparkan hal itu dalam sambutan tertulisnya, pada konferensi efisiensi energi nasional, Senin (11/6/2012) di Jakarta.
Dengan berlakunya Peraturan Gubernur Nomor 38 Tahun 2012 tentang bangunan gedung hijau, Jakarta merupakan salah satu kota metropolitan pertama di dunia yang menetapkan peraturan daerah tentang bangunan gedung hijau.
Dalam peraturan gubernur ini, dimensi dan fungsi bangunan harus dipandang dari berbagai aspek di antaranya fungsi hunian, fungsi usaha, fungsi sosial dan budaya. Konsepsi hemat energi dan ramah lingkungan yang merupakan warna dasar dari bangunan gedung hijau memiliki korelasi dengan penghematan biaya operasional gedung.

  Presiden Belarusia, Alexander Lukashenko, baru-baru ini memecat komandan angkatan udara dan pasukan perbatasannya.

Pemecatan Komandan Komite Perbatasan, Mayor Jenderal Igor Rachkovsky ,dan Komandan Angkatan Udara, Mayor Jenderal Dmitry Pakhmelkin, baru diberitakan media pemerintah Belarusia pekan lalu.

Presiden Lukashenko menilai kedua pejabat tinggi militer itu lalai dalam tugasnya sehingga terjadi sebuah insiden pada 4 Juli lalu.

Sebuah perusahaan kehumasan Swedia, Studio Total, menyewa sebuah pesawat ringan kemudian menyelinap masuk ke perbatasan Belarusia.

Setelah melewati perbatasan, pesawat kecil itu kemudian menerjunkan ratusan boneka beruang yang dilengkapi tulisan seruan kemerdekaan dan tuntutan kebebasan berbicara.

Boneka-boneka beruang itu diterjunkan menggunakan parasit di dekat kota Ivenets dan di pinggiran ibukota Minks.

Pesawat ringan ini memasuki perbatasan Belarusia dari tetangganya sesama negara bekas Uni Soviet, Lithuania.
